Job summary

Interrail is seeking a motivated student to join the Customer Experience Research & Insights team in Utrecht on a paid internship. You will design and run user studies, conduct interviews and usability tests, and translate findings into actionable insights for Product, Marketing and UX teams.

You’ll work with mentors, manage multiple studies, and explore AI-assisted analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity and clear writing for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative methods: interviews, focus groups, usability testing.
• Working grasp of surveys and basic statistics.

Responsibilities

• Design and set up research studies based on stakeholder briefings.
• Moderate interviews and usability tests; support unmoderated testing.
• Translate findings into clear reports for product, marketing, and UX.
