Job summary

Vanderlande invites a Bachelor student to join its service desk learning transformation project in Veghel (Netherlands) for a 6-month graduation internship starting February 2026. You will design a modern learning concept to help engineers understand customer context and system impact, combining learning science with real-world practice cases.

This role provides hands-on learning, cross-border exposure, and a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor-level degree in Educational Sciences or Learning & Development, HRM, or a related field.
• Interest in how learning directly impacts operational performance.
• Ability to translate theory into practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with engineers and international stakeholders.
• Willingness to work within an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into how service desk teams learn and share knowledge within a 24/7 shift environment.
• Analyze what employees need in complex operational situations and translate into key competencies.
• Design a modern learning concept (e.g., microlearning, social learning, learning-on-the-job).
• Develop and test a pilot learning program with service desk engineers and team leads.
• Evaluate the pilot's impact and advise on global scaling.
