Within Wholesale & Rural in Utrecht, you will explore how current development initiatives support junior bankers in building the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to grow their careers. Through human-centred research, you will investigate both the effectiveness of these learning experiences and the factors that influence junior bankers' motivation to continue their careers at Rabobank.You will translate insights into a relevant concept or design direction that helps strengthen professional development and long-term engagement.
