Job summary

• Interest in data analysis and research, with an affinity for technology such as AI.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of Rabobank’s DEI strategy and shape employee experience across the organisation.
• Work on ongoing projects and create presentations to help deliver initiatives.
• Gather input, prepare documents, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into action.
• Take ownership of own initiatives and partner with teams to implement changes.
