Job summary

Qooling is seeking a Marketing Manager to own all marketing for our QHSE platform, helping manufacturing, construction, energy, and logistics teams improve quality, health, safety, and environment.

This role is not a support function; you decide where we invest, what we say, and which channels we build, working directly with the founders, sales, and product, with results appearing in the pipeline within weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Understanding of business processes.
• Project management skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation and the monthly lead target.
• Build and run paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, including ABM against named target accounts.
• Sharpen our positioning and messaging for the QHSE buyer.
• Produce content that brings in the right traffic and converts it.
• Equip sales with the narrative, collateral and case studies they need.
• Take new product releases to market together with the product team.
• Report on the funnel from first click to closed won, and act on what the numbers say.
