Job summary

Productivity Software Group is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our SaaS portfolio in the construction and manufacturing space. You will translate market insights into campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive lead generation while collaborating with sales, product management, and the executive board.

• Demonstrable experience in a marketing/growth role, preferably within SaaS, technology or the build/manufacturing industry.
• You thrive in a dynamic, growing organization with affinity for construction and manufacturing.
• You are strategic but also hands-on, focused on driving results and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute the marketing strategy for a SaaS portfolio aligned with our industry positioning.
• Develop clear objectives for brand, leads and conversion; define KPIs and monitor progress.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns (content, inbound, SEO/SEA, social, webinars, events, partner marketing).
• Collaborate with product management to translate market insights into propositions.
• Maintain marketing processes including lead nurturing, CRM integration and HubSpot workflows.
• Act as brand ambassador and strengthen external image and internal marketing culture.
