Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent & Culture team. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the hotel, in a luxury hospitality environment.

You will strengthen our employer brand, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate experiences our culture of genuine hospitality from the first interaction through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment events, social media, and strategic partnerships
• Utilize recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Ensure recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with company standards
• Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support onboarding and talent development initiatives
