Job summary

De L'Europe Amsterdam seeks a Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team in the heart of Amsterdam. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and digital channels, process individual and group bookings, amendments and special requests, and provide personalised information about rooms, dining, and experiences.

A strong guest service mindset, fluency in English (Dutch preferred), and a talent for upselling will help you maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering a seamless guest

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or guest-facing role in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Commercial awareness with upselling ability.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email and digital channels with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process individual and group reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide personalized information about our rooms, restaurants, facilities, experiences, and promotions.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities while converting inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate reservation details in the PMS and communicate guest preferences to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Revenue, Sales, Guest Services, F&B, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless journey.
