Moncler Amsterdam is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our boutique. The Client Advisor will guide each client through the brand’s values and heritage, building a profitable, long-lasting relationship with customers.

In partnership with the team, you will contribute to both individual results and store targets, while delivering an outstanding client experience and participating in inventories and stock activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus.
• Passionate in retail, client service and with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation, flexible to best practices for the business.
• Fluency & sophistication in Dutch and English are preferred, another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service through all selling phases: welcome, needs assessment, product trials, cross-selling, and guiding to other departments.
• Create a unique client experience and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Achieve excellent selling performances and meet individual targets.
• Assist with inventories, replenishment, and stock activities as part of the team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the store team to reinforce Moncler's vision and mission.
