Moncler in Amsterdam is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to deliver the brand's luxury experience to our clientele. You will greet clients, understand needs, guide product selections, and foster long-lasting relationships that drive store performance.

Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, with a polished, elegant presentation. You will collaborate with the team to embody Moncler's values and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Competenze

• Prior sales experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
• Experience in luxury fashion environments is a plus.
• Strong client service mindset and commercial awareness.
• Excellent understanding of luxury products and brand presentation.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to adapt to Moncler's practices and standards.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with digital tools and new ways of working.

• Provide best-in-class service across every phase of the selling ceremony, including greeting, needs assessment, product demonstration, cross-selling, and directing to other departments.
• Create a unique client experience, build long-lasting relationships, manage after-sales activities and clienteling.
