Job summary

MONCLER Roermond Outlet is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to welcome and assist customers, guiding them through the brand's values and heritage while building lasting relationships.

You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury retail setting, support cross-selling, uphold Visual standards, and contribute to team targets with energy and reliability. English fluency plus Dutch or German is preferred, with relocation a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail is a plus.
• Experience in international contexts is preferred.
• Passion for Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best service, welcoming customers and understanding needs.
• Guides customers through the product selection and cross-sells when appropriate.
• Creates a unique client experience and supports after-sales and clienteling activities.
• Upholds the brand's Visual standards and stock management in-store.
• Cooperates with the team and contributes to inventories.
• Engages with customers in a warm, energetic and reliable manner.
