Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Amsterdam Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat boutique. You will embody the Stone Island spirit and provide exceptional client service while guiding customers through the collection.

In this luxury retail role you will drive sales, support stock and store operations, and contribute to visual merchandising. Fluency in Dutch and English plus a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non‑professional contexts.
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in Dutch and English, another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
