Job summary

Stone Island in Amsterdam's Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat boutique is seeking a full-time Client Advisor who shares our spirit of independence, luxury service, and innovation. You will welcome clients, present the collection with confidence, and contribute to a premium, personalized shopping experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will drive sales, maximize opportunities through cross-selling, and support store operations and stock, including visual merchandising, opening and closing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts.
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in Dutch and English, another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling
• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards
