• Previous luxury fashion boutique experience is a plus.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn; flexible when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and build trusted relationships with customers to create a unique shopping experience.
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to tell the brand story.
• Provide personalised after-sales follow-up to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at every interaction.
• Handle enquiries and initial complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and POS procedures.
• Support visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
