Job summary

pladis Foods Limited in Zaandam, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfilment from intake to invoicing. You will link customers, 3PL warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams to optimise the logistics network and drive improvements.

Reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager for the region, you will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning and Procurement.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office.
• Accurate, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Handle accurate order entry, on-time deliveries, and invoicing.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flows, 3PL and carrier liaison.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and 3PL cost performance.
• Support co-packing planning and execution with forecasts.
