Job summary

Koninklijke Verkade nv is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator in the Netherlands. You will ensure end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinate with 3PL, carriers and internal teams, and drive logistics efficiency to support a best-in-class customer experience.

The role combines operational logistics with customer service, offering growth opportunities across the supply chain. 0–2 years experience and a degree in a related field are preferred; Dutch and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration)
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics (internships OK)
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, SAP or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis
• Understanding of transport/export documentation is a plus
• Accurate, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication in Dutch and English, team player

Responsibilities

• Handle accurate order entry, on‑time deliveries and invoicing
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flows with 3PL and carriers; manage slot bookings
• Monitor cost/performance KPIs and drive process improvements
• Provide operational insights for customer meetings and new product launches
