The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our logistics team. You will manage daily operations, help improve our processes, and learn from experienced colleagues about international trading.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations.
• Improve and streamline logistics processes.
• Collaborate with the operational team to execute and manage contracts for worldwide destinations.
• Participate in training on the full range of international supply chain processes, from production and warehousing to transport, administration, and customer service.
• Apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
• Develop skills using modern software solutions that support operational processes.

Required Qualifications

• Eager to learn with a background in and genuine interest in international logistics and trade.
• Fluent in business English (Dutch preferred).
• Pro‑active mentality and hard‑working attitude.
• Ability to set priorities.
• Good at IT: able to use Office, ERP system(s), and other software (or willing to learn).
