Job summary

The Company in Breda is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers and logistics partners. You will manage the order process from receipt through delivery, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include handling orders, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining customer-specific instructions. The role requires Dutch and English fluency and a he d-for-fast, precise work in a dynamic food

Qualifications

Completed MBO diploma.
2–3 years in a similar customer service role, ideally in food industry.
On-site three days a week (Tue–Thu) with possible remote work on Mon and Fri.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Fast, accurate work with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for customer and logistics inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer orders and shipments.
Track order progress and inventory levels; liaise with teams to resolve issues.
Handle customer claims and complaints, issuing credit notes when necessary.
Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions, keeping them up to date.
Process consignment and export orders accurately within the system.
Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and external service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
