Job summary

SanLucar Company in Barendrecht, the Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute transport flows across lanes, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient deliveries in a fast-paced international setting.

You will be the link between commercial and product teams, monitor deliveries, manage deviations, and support rate negotiations while ensuring compliance with temperature-controlled logistics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Higher studies in business, logistics, supply chain or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally international
• Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics valued
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools a plus
• Fluency in Dutch and English; other languages valued
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven optimization
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor transport flows across assigned lanes to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Optimize routes and transport solutions balancing service, cost, and constraints.
• Act as the main contact between commercial and product teams.
• Track deliveries and proactively manage deviations, incidents and claims.
• Coordinate unloading schedules, warehouse distribution and cross-docking operations.
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and monitor transport data for improvements.
• Assist in rate negotiations and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and temperature-controlled transport procedures.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service. Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will be the key link between commercial and product areas making sure everything runs smoothly from origin to destination. Requirements

• Higher Studies in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally in an international environment
• Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics is highly valued
