Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Customer Support Officer to coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and in line with SLAs. You will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Planning and Transport to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

You’ll work in our Tech division with modern ERP and WMS systems, analyzing operational data, tracking exceptions, and addressing discrepancies to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP) is a plus.
• English language skills—spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time according to SLAs.
• Track transport exceptions and resolve issues through system analysis.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, plans and customer expectations.
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate to resolve them; support process improvements.
