Job summary

You will connect email and other channels into a coherent experience, analyze engagement and lifetime value, and collaborate with brand, growth and support teams to optimize post-purchase interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience building lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys across multiple channels.
• Ability to derive insights from customer data to optimize engagement and value.
• Strong written communication and thoughtful judgement on consent and the customer experience.
