Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for a commerce business.
• A track record of structured creative testing and improving customer acquisition economics.
• Ability to connect campaign performance with contribution margin, customer behaviour and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and contribution-led budget decisions.
• Develop a consistent creative testing and learning rhythm.
• Improve measurement, conversion and forecasting inputs.
• Coordinate with retention, supply chain and finance, and share useful learnings with the group.
