Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to oversee service across the restaurant, Lobby & Lounge Bar, and room service. You will lead an international team, ensure guests receive excellent food and beverage experiences, and manage shifts, training, and guest interactions.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling payments, and coordinating with the Restaurant & Bar Manager for evaluations and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Food & beverage knowledge including wine and cocktails.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as restaurant & bar waiter in a hotel.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch language is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth operation during shift and assist when needed.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain service standards.
• Handle payments and perform two annual staff evaluations with the (assistant) Restaurant & Bar Manager.
