Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a demi chef de parti to contribute to the kitchen team. You will prepare lunch, dinner, and banqueting dishes, ensuring top quality and hygienic standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience as a (demi) chef de parti or independent chef.
• SVHCP chef’s diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations or willingness to take the training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high quality dishes across lunch, dinner and banqueting events.
• Maintain hygiene on your station and assist others when needed.
• Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure smooth service.
