Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a Late & Night Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide night-time assistance with a friendly, professional approach. Shifts run from 15:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00, and you will be the key link between evening and morning staff.

Your shift as a Late & Night Receptionist

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. This includes helping guests with questions and checking them in and out. The team you will work with is young, social, and spontaneous. As a Late & Night Receptionist, you will work the evening (3 pm - 11 pm) and night shifts (11 pm - 7 am). You are an important link between the evening and morning shifts, ensuring a smooth administrative transition. Additionally, you are the point of contact for our guests during the night. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt well to varying work hours.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in a reception role, preferably in a hotel;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably also Dutch;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or similar systems;
• Flexible to work evening and night shifts.

• A gross monthly salary above the hospitality CAO, € 2,711.54 based on a full-time (38-hour) workweek;
