Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City zoekt een gemotiveerde Late & Night Receptionist voor de diensten van 15:00–23:00 en 23:00–07:00. Je verwelkomt gasten, checkt in en uit en onderhoudt de ontvangst tijdens de nachtelijke uren als schakelpunt tussen avond- en ochtenddiensten.

Je woont in Nederland (visa/accommodatie niet voorzien) en beschikt over uitstekende Engelse taalkwaliteit. Ervaring in hotelreceptie en Opera PMS is een pluspunt, flexibiliteit is vereist.

Qualifications

• Receptie-ervaring, bij voorkeur in horeca of hotel.
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in Engels; Nederlands gewenst.
• Flexibel werktijden, avond- en nachtdiensten.

Responsibilities

• Verwelkommen gasten en in- en uitchecken afhandelen.
• Als Night/Evening Receptionist soepel schakelen tussen avond en nacht.
• Gastvragen beantwoorden en contactpersoon tijdens de nacht zijn.

Your shift as a Late & Night Receptionist

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. This includes helping guests with questions and checking them in and out. The team you will work with is young, social, and spontaneous. As a Late & Night Receptionist, you will work the evening (3 pm - 11 pm) and night shifts (11 pm - 7 am). You are an important link between the evening and morning shifts, ensuring a smooth administrative transition. Additionally, you are the point of contact for our guests during the night. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt well to varying work hours.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with passion for hospitality, someone who is enthusiastic and outgoing, is flexible, and has an eye for detail. Additionally, you have:

• Experience in a reception role, preferably in a hotel;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably also Dutch;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or similar systems;
• Flexible to work evening and night shifts.
