Job summary

Vondel Hotels B.V. zoekt een Night Auditor die verantwoordelijkheid serieus neemt, zelfstandig kan werken en gastvrij is. U bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten tijdens de nacht en bewaakt veiligheid, administratie en service.

Daarnaast checkt u gasten in en uit, behandelt reserveringen en telefoonverkeer. Verder zorgt u voor een soepele overdracht bij wisselingen, verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling en beantwoordt vragen van gasten.

Qualifications

• Woonachtig in Nederland vereist.
• Geldige Nederlandse zorgverzekering vereist.

Responsibilities

• Functie als aanspreekpunt voor gasten tijdens de nacht, verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, administratie en serviceniveau.
• Verwerken van late check-ins en vroege check-outs, beantwoorden van gasten en beheren reserveringen.
• Telefonische vragen afhandelen en administratieve taken uitvoeren; zorgen voor goede overdracht bij het wisselen van de dienst.

YOUR JOB

As our new colleague, you will function as the point of contact for our hotel guests during the night. In short, you are responsible for safety, administration, and service levels during the night. Additionally, you may have to check-in guests late at night, check-out guests early in the morning, or answer guest inquiries. Another one of your tasks is answering the phone. You will also be responsible for checking existing reservations and entering new ones. Processing overall administration is also an important task. When you hand over your shift to your colleague, you will ensure good communication and follow-up. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, enjoy working during the night, are comfortable handling tasks independently, and are service-oriented, then this is the perfect job for you!

Note!: For this position, it is mandatory to live in the Netherlands and to have valid Dutch health insurance.
