Job summary

NTT DATA in the Netherlands is seeking a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide second-line remote and on-site technical support and field engineering to clients. You will restore services by diagnosing incidents and following standard procedures to meet SLAs.

You will configure client infrastructure, install software, troubleshoot, and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive timely resolutions while maintaining service continuity.

Qualifications

• Moderate experience with collaboration technologies: Call managers, voice gateways, call recording and VOIP.
• Experience providing remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Basic understanding of network routing and switching.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Configure, install and test client infrastructure and software per requirements.
• Log incidents, liaise with stakeholders and escalate to vendors when needed.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement resolution steps.
• Maintain service continuity and ensure SLA adherence.
