Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide second-line remote and onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients, ensuring quick incident resolution and adherence to SLAs.

You will handle routine and low-complexity incidents, install and configure software as needed, and liaise with client environments and vendors to expedite diagnosis and resolution, maintaining service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing.
• Data centre and networking certifications demonstrate technical depth.
• Networking certs (Cisco/Juniper) and CCNP-related credentials are valued.
• Webex/ collaboration certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve second-line incidents for clients.
• Install and configure software components as required by solutions.
• Proactively monitor systems and log incidents with details.
• Liaise with client IT teams, carriers and vendors to expedite fixes.
• Diagnose root causes and escalate to higher levels when needed.
• Maintain clear incident progress updates and establish service continuity.
