Job summary

Oppr is seeking a junior seller to take the front end of the sales process from the founder. You will focus on getting us into the room by prospecting a small, named list of European operators, starting conversations, and earning site visits for the founder to close.

Over time, you’ll handle discovery, demos, and more deal responsibility, growing into a full-cycle seller as you learn the industry. This is a ground-floor seat with room to grow into larger responsibilities, including taking

Qualifications

• You open doors with cold outreach and start conversations with people who did not ask to hear from you.
• Bias to action, resourceful, organised, and you close the loop; manage multiple threads without dropping them.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel: prospect a small, named list of European operators and convert cold accounts to booked site visits.
• Get us in the room and stay in it as you ramp: open the account, earn the site visit, and take on more post-visit steps like discovery and the demo.
• Multithread the buying committee: reach champions, economic buyers, and blockers while keeping several threads warm.
• Keep the pipeline honest and organised with a clean, qualified snapshot per account to avoid cold opportunities.
• Build and refine the sales playbook with the founder, handing landed deals to the team at kickoff.
