WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior BDR to kickstart a career in sales and business development. You’ll identify new customers for our AI-powered SEO solutions and help build the outbound pipeline with guidance from experienced BDRs.

From day one you’ll receive training and coaching, with a path to promotion as you hit target averages. You’ll gain hands-on experience in outreach, conversations, and lead gen while learning to engage decision-makers across industries.

Formación

• Entry-level BDR; eager to learn sales and business development.
• Strong phone and email outreach skills desired.
• Ambition and teamwork mindset with willingness to be coached.

Responsabilidades

• Spend most of the day on the phone turning first contact into opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects via calls, email and LinkedIn for outbound conversations.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by RevOps to scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and conversions.
• Analyze performance and share insights to improve weekly results.
