Job summary

Firsty.app in Amsterdam is seeking an early-career sales teammate to own the top of the funnel across NL, BE, DE and the UK. You will decide who we chase, start conversations with banks and super-apps, and help scale the process to support rapid growth.

You’ll automate repetitive tasks using Clay, Apollo, La Growth Machine and Claude, build sharp proposals with the founders, and maintain a clean Attio pipeline.

Qualifications

• Early in your career but clearly going somewhere.
• Ambition and ownership beat years on a CV.
• You like building small automations and dislike repetitive manual work.
• You can sell something technical to serious companies without sounding like a robot.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel across NL, BE, DE and the UK: who to chase and outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve processes using tools like Clay, Apollo, and Claude.
• Draft and deliver sharp proposals with the founders for fast, convincing responses.
• Keep the Attio pipeline clean and accurate to provide reliable numbers.
