You will follow up inbound leads, understand client needs and timing, schedule discovery meetings, nurture not-quite-ready prospects, and build long-term relationships while keeping CRM accurate. Collaborate with New Business and Marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach.

• Keep CRM administration accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with New Business and Marketing.
