Job summary

Zoom Amsterdam is hiring an Account Executive to grow our small business footprint in a defined geographic territory, engaging new and existing customers, delivering tailored Zoom solutions, and closing inbound leads.

You will qualify leads, present demos, forecast sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with prior SaaS sales experience a strong plus; two days in the Amsterdam office is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Executive role at a technology company.
• SaaS video or web conferencing solutions sales experience is a bonus.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and forecast accurately.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing customers, create upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and engage in outbound calling.
• Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.
• Qualify leads and identify prospect needs, involving technical resources when needed.
• Create client demos/presentations, and quotes/proposals.
• Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP executives to address business needs.
• Use Salesforce CRM to provide timely sales activity tracking and status updates.
• Collaborate with management to deliver forecasts and identify opportunities.
