You will join an international technical team at YoungCapital NEXT as a Technical Support Specialist, handling after-sales support for a diverse product range including Sign Graphics, Industrial Products, Textile Applications, and 3D Printing. Qualifications

• Education: MBO degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics (or equivalent HBO level through experience).
• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English.
• Technical Skills: Strong IT skills and a quick learner for new hardware and software technologies.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and motivated to solve complex technical challenges.
• Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, communicative, highly organized, and a strong team player.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region for interventions, trade shows, and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-sales support to distributors and dealers across the EMEA region for Sign Graphics, Industrial Products, Textile Applications, and 3D Printing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues via a CRM helpdesk system and on-site interventions.
• Host technical training sessions, perform high-end machine refurbishments, and assist with international trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales and Warranty departments.
