Qualifications

• Meeting Room Support: Troubleshoot meeting room equipment and conferencing systems.
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams: Troubleshoot email/calendar/meeting setup and connectivity.
• L2 Desktop Support: Resolve laptop access issues, configurations, and software/hardware problems.
• Polycom and Conference Room Setup: Configure and troubleshoot Polycom devices and room systems.
• Corporate Printer and Scanner Support: Manage network printers, drivers, and scanning.
• VIP / Executive Support: Provide professional IT support to senior executives, including the CEO.
• Laptop Setup and Replacement: Deploy new laptops, migrate data, and coordinate replacements.
• Home Printer Support: Connect and configure home printers/scanners and drivers.
• Customer-Facing Support: Diagnose and resolve user issues with high service standards.
