Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to manage hardware, software, and network issues for a large enterprise environment in Amsterdam. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices while ensuring quick resolution of service desk tickets.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365, and a hands-on, customer-focused attitude in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite IT support for a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Support meeting room technology and AV equipment
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues)
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
