Job summary

MPower Plus in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to manage meeting room tech, Outlook/Teams issues, and laptop deployments. You will set up Polycom devices, handle printer/scanner support, and provide VIP IT assistance to senior staff, including the CEO. This on-site role requires a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Meeting Room Support: Troubleshoot meeting room equipment and conferencing systems.
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams: Troubleshoot email/calendar/meeting setup and connectivity.
• L2 Desktop Support: Resolve laptop access issues, configurations, and software/hardware problems.
• Polycom and Conference Room Setup: Configure and troubleshoot Polycom devices and room systems.
• Corporate Printer and Scanner Support: Manage network printers, drivers, and scanning.
• VIP / Executive Support: Provide professional IT support to senior executives, including the CEO.
• Laptop Setup and Replacement: Deploy new laptops, migrate data, and coordinate replacements.
• Home Printer Support: Connect and configure home printers/scanners and drivers.
• Customer-Facing Support: Diagnose and resolve user issues with high service standards.

Job description

• Meeting Room Support: Troubleshoot meeting room equipment, including Polycom devices, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing systems.
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams: Good working knowledge of Outlook and Teams, including email, calendar, meeting setup, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• L2 Desktop Support: Troubleshoot laptop access issues, hardware/software problems, system configurations, and configuration changes.
• Polycom and Conference Room Setup: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Polycom devices and meeting room equipment.
• Corporate Printer and Scanner Support: Handle network printer connectivity, scanning, driver installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• VIP / Executive Support: Provide prompt, professional IT support to senior executives, including the CEO at the Amsterdam office.
• Laptop Setup and Replacement: Configure and deploy new laptops, assist with required settings and data migration as per company policy, collect old laptops, and coordinate device replacements.
• Home Printer Support: Assist users with connecting and configuring home printers and scanners, including driver installation, Wi-Fi connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Customer-Facing Support: Independently diagnose and resolve user issues, maintain a high standard of customer service, and elevate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required.
