Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work across the Amsterdam area. This is not a full-time role; assignments vary by client and hours, typically from 09:00–18:00 when scheduled, with potential alternatives per client.

You will install and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and related peripherals; provide VIP support, work with SCCM/MDM/Citrix, and coordinate with SMEs.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a similar environment.
Relevant IT education or practical experience in enterprise IT support.
Fluent Dutch with customer interaction and good English for Service Desk

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized desktop software/applications.
Install, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
Perform general preventive maintenance on devices and software.
Provide advanced-level support for complex issues regarding End User Workspace hardware, software and applications.
Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to Customers/OEM SMEs for installing, supporting and troubleshooting devices in the Network and Compute environment.
Record and document requests in the IT service desk system.
Maintain high-quality customer service and professionalism.
