Job summary

Software Improvement Group is seeking an IT Support teammate in Amsterdam to automate provisioning of Apple devices and provide on-call support to internal clients. You will deploy Macs, iPhones, and iPads using Apple Business Manager and Zero-touch deployment with MDM, while keeping asset records up to date.

You'll work closely with colleagues to resolve incidents on first contact, escalate complex issues, and contribute to process automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' work experience in an IT technical field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate provisioning of Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads).
• Provide on-call support to internal clients.
• Deploy devices via Apple Business Manager and Zero-touch with MDM.
• Place hardware orders and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate repairs with Apple authorized service providers.
• Assist with meeting room tech and printers.
• Resolve common issues on first contact; escalate when needed.
