Qualifications

• 2–4 years of service desk experience.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with unfamiliar systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with Jira or similar service management tool.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Ability to work well with a wide range of teams and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve and document IT issues across networking, hardware, software and related services.
• Support 1000+ colleagues, mostly on Apple devices.
• Act as the first line of support and escalate to the wider team when needed.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and help new colleagues get up and running.
• Contribute to projects and ongoing service improvements.
