Job summary

Software Improvement Group (SIG) Amsterdam seeks a hands-on IT Support professional to automate provisioning of Apple devices and provide on-call support for internal clients. The role covers documentation, feature implementation, and improving employee satisfaction with IT services.

You will manage Apple device fleets using tools like SimpleMDM, Munki, AutoPkg, and Jamf, and ensure secure access to business systems. Strong English and IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO or equivalent formal training in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 2+ years' work experience in IT supporting a technical field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service mentality.
• Analytical and geared toward problem solving.
• Experience managing a fleet of Apple devices (SimpleMDM, Munki, AutoPkg, Jamf) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Automate provisioning of Apple devices and provide on-call IT support.
• Documentation and process automation for IT operations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and device maintenance.
• Oversee user access, network equipment, and device fleets.
• Assist employees and helpdesk ticket handling and escalation.
