Job summary
IFS is seeking an IT Operations – IT Support Engineer to deliver expert multi-platform support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will act as a frontline troubleshooter and escalation point, mentoring peers and shaping documentation while driving efficiency with AI-driven tools and automation.
The role is onsite in Den Bosch, Netherlands, with travel to regional offices as needed. Strong macOS deployment, patching, and security hardening experience are essential, along with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
- Apple certifications strongly preferred (ACSP, ACiT).
- ITIL foundation or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Extensive hands-on macOS support in an enterprise environment.
- Experience managing Mac fleets with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
- Proficient in Windows and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Escalate complex issues and lead troubleshooting to resolution.
- Maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure including video conferencing and network.
- Leverage AI-driven apps and workflow automation to speed triage and resolution.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
- Occasionally travel to regional offices for deployments and hands-on support.
