Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer based in Maastricht with regular travel to Bruges, Cologne, and Amsterdam. You will deliver hands-on IT support for laboratory staff and business users, ensuring reliable and secure IT services across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in IT field service, strong Windows skills, and experience with Intune, SCCM, and imaging tools. Fluency in English is essential; a Dutch driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT field service, desktop support, or similar.
• Strong Windows knowledge and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, and laptop imaging.
• Familiar with ITIL and IT service management practice.
• Clear communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently across Maastricht, Bruges, Cologne and Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency preferred.
• Valid Dutch driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and devices.
• Resolve incidents and service requests fast in line with SLAs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software.
• Assist with user account setup, access requests and onboarding.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to Lead IT Field Support or infrastructure teams.
• Support on-call/off-hours activities to ensure service continuity.
