NH Hotels & Resorts is offering an Front Office Internship at NH Utrecht. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests and supporting daily Front Office operations in an international hotel environment.

As an active student, you will learn upselling, service recovery, and how to create memorable experiences while collaborating with colleagues across departments and maintaining a guest‑centric approach.

Formación

• Actively enrolled in an educational institution during the internship.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort interacting with international guests.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.

• Handle check-in and check-out after training.
• Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support Front Office administration.

As a Front Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands‑on experience in an international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:
