Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites applications for a Front Office Intern position in Utrecht, NL. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests, helping with check-in/check-out after training, managing reservations, and supporting Front Office administration in an international hotel environment.

You must be enrolled in an educational program, have a passion for hospitality, be a team player, and demonstrate excellent English language skills.

As aFront Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands‑on experience in an international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Handle check-in and check-out independently after completing your training.
• Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support daily Front Office administration.
• Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
• Develop valuable skills in upselling, problem‑solving, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Help create an atmosphere in which every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
