Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Europa/Amerika biedt een Front Office Intern-positie aan in een internationaal hotelklimaat. Je bent een van de eerste contacten van gasten en verwelkomt hen met warmte, terwijl je training doorloopt voor check-in en check-out.

Qualifications

• Actief ingeschreven in een onderwijsinstelling gedurende de stageperiode.

• Positief, benaderbaar en teamgericht.
• Comfortabel contact met internationale gasten.
• Uitstekende Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden, extra talen zijn een plus.
• Flexibel, nauwkeurig en leergierig.

Responsibilities

• Gasten verwelkomen met warmte en professionaliteit.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands-on experience in an international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Handle check-in and check-out independently after completing your training.
• Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support daily Front Office administration.
• Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
• Develop valuable skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Help create an atmosphere in which every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
