Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Netherlands invites you to join as a Front Office Intern. Gain hands-on guest service experience in a dynamic hotel environment while developing skills in check-ins, information provision, and hospitality operations.

You will learn front office administration, handle guest feedback, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Availability from February/March 2027 with an internship agreement and campus address in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist with Front Office administration and daily tasks.
• Respond to online guest reviews and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests.
• Assist with the night audit process and other reporting tasks.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic departments of the hotel. Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn about the day-to-day operations of a hotel while developing valuable skills in guest service, communication, and hospitality.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

You are available to start your internship in February/March 2027.

You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

You havestrong communicationskills and enjoy working in a team.

You have a good command of English;additionallanguages are a plus.

You are flexible and available towork onvarious shifts, including weekends and occasional nights.

You are able to provide a school internship agreement.

You have a residential address in the Netherlands during your internship.
