Your Role at a Glance
As a Front Office Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of the most dynamic departments of the hotel. Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn about the day‑to‑day operations of a hotel while developing valuable skills in guest service, communication, and hospitality.
- Welcome guests and assist with check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Assist with Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Respond to online guest reviews and help monitor guest satisfaction.
- Support cash handling and end‑of‑shift procedures.
- Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests when needed.
- Assist with the night audit process and other reporting tasks.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to enhancing the guest experience.

- You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- You are available for an immediate start date.

- You have a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
