Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Intern in Amsterdam. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out after training, manage reservations, and support daily front office tasks in a global hotel environment.

As aFront Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you will create genuine connections with guests while gaining hands‑on experience in an international hotel environment. During your internship, you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Handle check-in and check-out independently after completing your training.
• Manage reservations, respond to guest requests, and support daily Front Office administration.
• Share personalised recommendations and local insights with international travellers.
• Develop valuable skills in upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Help create an atmosphere in which every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
